ZTE join hands with Indian carriers for India's first 5G trial, which was expected to roll out in India by 2020

ZTE is a Chinese multinational company that has started test testing in India for 5G technology. According to a report by the Economic Times, Vodafone India, Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel, like Bharti Airtel, have joined hands with ZTE and are testing on the 5G network. India is planning to bring 5G network to the country by 2020, which has seen the importance of data and the increase in data consumption in the country.

According to the reports, it is news that the Indian government is doing auctioned spectrum which is happening for the first time and this spectrum will support future 5G networks. ZTE will get initial start in India compared to competitors of other telecommunications equipment like Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei. ZTE is focused on bringing advanced technologies in India and recently won a contract from Government BSNL for North and also for network expansion in the east.
